Collection & Delivery Details

Delivery 

  • A delivery fee of $20 will be charged to any location islandwide 
  • The delivery fee will be waived off for all orders above $150.
  • Please check that the correct details such as CONTACT NUMBER and FULL ADDRESS are given at the point of order to ensure a smooth delivery.
  • Changes in delivery details must be made at least 5 working days before the date of delivery.
  • Delivery of cakes and fragile pastries carry risk, we are not responsible for any damage to the products. We encourage self-collection which is available at our store; 200 Turf Club Road, The Grandstand, #01-02A, Singapore 287994 
  • The time of delivery of your order is catered to your preference. If our delivery cannot make it to you by the stated timing, we will contact you directly.
  • The person receiving the cake will be fully responsible for checking that the cake(s), decorations and other miscellaneous items are delivered correctly before signing the invoice. 
  • Do reach out to the driver if there are any issues. 
  • No requests will be entertained if it is brought up after the signing of the invoice. 
  • We are not liable for damages that happen after the delivery has been made.

Self- Collection

  • Self-collection is at 200 Turf Club Road, The Grandstand, #01-02A, Singapore 287994 
  • Same day collection is subjected to availability, do contact the store for availability.
  • All changes to collection date and time must be made at least 5 DAYS before the collection date. 
  • Changing from self-collection to delivery requires at least 5 DAYS notice before the original date/time of collection. Regular delivery charges apply and must be paid 3 DAYS before the original date/time of self-collection. If this deadline passes without payment, your order will be processed as a self-collection. 
  • It is highly recommended that you drive when self collecting customised cakes and have someone hold them on their lap throughout the journey. Plastic bags are not recommended for stability. Please do not put the cake in the boot of your cars. 
  • Please collect the cake within the timeframe allocated to ensure freshness of the cake. Cakes not collected within 3 days from the original collection date would be discarded and no refunds would be made.
  • The person collecting the cake is responsible for checking that the order specifications of the cake received (including provisions of knives, candles, decorations) are correct and in good condition. We will not bear responsibility regarding damage to the cake or incorrect cake design after the cake(s) leave our premises.
