Q: How do I order from My Sweet Garden?
Orders can be made via our online website, which is designed to guide visitors through the entire ordering process, as well as ensuring a pleasant user experience. Last-minute orders are subjected to availability, so do contact our store directly.
Q: How much does the delivery cost?
Islandwide delivery is $20, Sentosa and CBD area is $35.
Q: Can delivery charges be waived for a minimum order?
Yes. Delivery fees will be waived off for all orders above $150.
Q: Does My Sweet Garden deliver to all parts of Singapore?
We deliver to all locations except to those that are not on mainland Singapore (Jurong Island, restricted airlines and cargo areas).
Q: What is the time period that is eligible for delivery?
The time of delivery of your order is catered to your preference. If our delivery cannot make it to you by the stated timing, we will contact you directly.
Q: Can I switch from self-collection to delivery?
Changing from self-collection to delivery requires at least 5 DAYS notice before the original date/time of collection. Regular delivery charges apply and must be paid 3 DAYS before the original date/time of self-collection. If this deadline passes without payment, your order will be processed as a self-collection.
Q: Can I change my self-collection date?
All changes to collection date and time must be made at least 5 DAYS before the collection date.
