Q: Is My Sweet Garden halal-certified?
A: Yes, we are halal-certified. We strictly do not use any alcohol, pork, or lard ingredients in any of our cakes or desserts.

Q: How do I order from My Sweet Garden?
A: Orders can be made via our online website, which is designed to guide visitors through the entire ordering process, as well as ensuring a pleasant user experience. Last-minute orders are subjected to availability, so do contact our store directly.
Q: What are the methods of payment available?
A: We currently only accept Paynow, through our Unique Entity Number (UEN).

Q: How much does the delivery cost?
A: Islandwide delivery is $20, Sentosa and CBD area is $35.
Q: Can delivery charges be waived for a minimum order?
A: Yes. Delivery fees will be waived off for all orders above $150.
Q: Does My Sweet Garden deliver to all parts of Singapore?
A: We deliver to all locations except to those that are not on mainland Singapore (Jurong Island, restricted airlines and cargo areas).
Q: What is the time period that is eligible for delivery?
A: The time of delivery of your order is catered to your preference. If our delivery cannot make it to you by the stated timing, we will contact you directly.
Q: Is self-collection available?
A: Yes. Self-collection is at 200 Turf Club Road, The Grandstand, #01-02A, Singapore 287994
Q: Can I switch from self-collection to delivery?
A: Changing from self-collection to delivery requires at least 5 DAYS notice before the original date/time of collection. Regular delivery charges apply and must be paid 3 DAYS before the original date/time of self-collection. If this deadline passes without payment, your order will be processed as a self-collection.
Q: Can I change my self-collection date?
A: All changes to collection date and time must be made at least 5 DAYS before the collection date.
