It is the customer’s responsibility to read through and understand the following Terms & Conditions. By ordering through this website, you have acknowledged and agree to these terms stated.

• The modes of payment we accept are Paynow, through our Unique Entity Number (UEN).
• UEN : 53342597B
• CO : SK IMPORT & EXPORT

Payment is collected before the preparation of the order. 

 

• Operating hours for online enquiries are: 10 am - 5 pm
• After placing an order online, a confirmation email will be sent, do check that the details are correct. Contact us immediately if there are errors.
• All products are subjected to stock availability, including cake toppers and decorations. We will contact you with alternative suggestions should we not be able to fulfil any orders.
• For DIY cakes any orders containing just the DIY cake base will be rejected. It is mandatory for cake toppers to be bought with our cake base.
• My Sweet Garden reserves the right to reject orders that do not abide by our T&Cs.
• Our products are currently not yet halal-certified however, all ingredients procured and used are halal certified. We strictly do not use any alcohol, pork, or lard ingredients in any of our cakes or desserts.
• Non-fondant cakes: Pre-order 3-5 days
• Fondant cakes: Pre-order 5-7 days
• The design may vary due to workmanship. 
• Orders cut off time is 5 pm daily. (any orders made after 5 pm will be processed the next working day)
• Last-minute ordering is subjected to availability, do contact the store directly. 
• Changes to details of self-collection/delivery are allowed up to 5 DAYS before the original date/time of self-collection/delivery
